What is your cancellation policy?

- Full refund for cancellations up to 5 days of your booking date, after that 50% refund.

I’m arriving in TLV before check-in, can I come to the guesthouse and drop off my luggage?

Check in to the rooms is only from 2pm so that we can clean after our last guests but If you need to store your luggage before, you have 2 options:

1) your welcome to come as early as 8am and drop off your bags in our luggage corner at no extra charge, (located straight and to your left as you enter).

2) If you want your bags to be extra safe, lockable luggage storage lockers are also available for daily rent at the same location for the price of only 20nis.

What is the best way to arrive from the airport to our guesthouse?

By Train – Take the train to Tel Aviv and get off at the Tel Aviv HaHagana station (first stop). After you step out of the train station, cross the street to the other side. Now take city bus # 4 or 104 and get off at Jaffa/Nachlaat binyamin street. From there, it’s just a 1 minute walk.

Taxis are available at the airport and will cost around 170 Israeli Shekels (only take taxis from the official taxi stand).

By car – Please mind that parking and traffic is very challenging in Tel Aviv and we do not offer any parking at the guesthouse itself, so we recommend not to come here by car.

If you already have one, we recommend a parking lot a few min walk on 22 Levontin street.

once you get to the house, follow the self check instructions sent to your email a day prior to your arrival.

*If you arrive on the weekend (Friday afternoon until Saturday evening) – Please note there is no public transportation on weekends therefore the only option is a Taxi.

Do I need to pay VAT?

- If you are a foreign national and here on a tourist b2 visa then you will be fully exempt from paying the 17% VAT. But please make sure to send a copy of your passport and the b2 visa, (its a small slip of paper you receive as you enter the country).

Are the bathrooms private or shared?

Well, it depends on the room you book, we have private rooms with private bathrooms and private rooms where the bathrooms are shared (it will be noted on the room title)

*The shared bathrooms are cleaned on a regular basis by our cleaning team, and there are plenty of them, so don't worry about booking a shared bathroom room too :)

Do you accept large groups?

We sure do, if your a large group/family and subject to availability, the full guesthouse can be booked and can hold up to 27 people, alternatively a full floor can booked which can hold up to 10 persons. Pleas get in touch by email for more info.

How is payment processed?

50% of the booking is paid upon booking, an email shall be sent to you with a secure payment request via credit card, the rest, is done upon check in at the guesthouse.

Do you have recommendations for what to do/see in Tlv?

We sure do! :) there is so much to do and see in the city of Tel aviv, for this reason we have created a personalized map with all our personal recommendations of what to do, where to eat, grab a beer or go for a dance in the city. :) The map is completely complementary and will be supplied in your room on the table.
