Great stay in a central location! Positive: I had a great stay at this guesthouse! The place is very clean, nicely designed, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The location is fantastic—right in the center of Tel Aviv, close to the light rail and public transport, making it super easy to get around. It’s also within walking distance of Neve Tzedek, Levinsky Market, the beach, and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and cool spots to explore. The shared spaces are great the kitchen is well-equipped, and the balcony is a lovely spot. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again Negative: The only downside was that, since there are shared spaces and the rooms are close to each other, noise can sometimes be an issue. Unfortunately, I happened to have some noisy neighbors during my stay, but of course, this is not the host’s fault.

Great value for money if your priorities are location, facilities and atmosphere Positive: The place is very clean, has a fully equipped kitchen, and a big roof to hang out its location was perfect for us, as we walked around the area, to Florentin, restaurants, and the beach and all were a walking distance. Being in a location like this does come with a lot of noise, but closing all windows got us the quiet we needed for sleep Negative: The room is pretty simple, so don't expect it to be a luxury hotel, but for us being in a good location, with all the facilities needed was more important in this price range The toilet and shower were pretty small, not that big of a problem for us, but i guess it might be for some people
