**Price douse NOT include 18% vat which needs to be paid by law by Israeli citizens and residents. if you are here as a tourist on a b2/b3/b4 visa please send us a picture of your passport page and your b2 visa, (small slip of paper you will receive as you pass border control) to be exempt of this charge.

- Smoking is strictly not allowed in any part of the guesthouse except for on the balconies or rooftop.

- We request of our guests to be quiet from 10pm so as to not disturb the other guests or neighbors.

- 50% of booking will be paid by upon booking, (an email shall be sent to you for secure payment by credit card shortly after you book), the rest will be paid at the property upon arrival.

- Full refund for cancellations up to 5 days of booking date, after that the 50% charged upon booking will not be refunded.
